Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Brazilian Diamond Dust Wax.

Brazilian Diamond Dust Wax uses micro diamond particles that polish skin while waxing, improving wax adhesion and removing hair at the root. The result is more thorough removal, reduced breakage, and a brighter, smoother finish compared with regular waxes.

The formula is designed to be gentle, but any waxing can cause temporary irritation. We recommend a patch test for sensitive skin, follow post-care instructions, and avoid exfoliants or hot treatments immediately after waxing to minimize discomfort and sensitivity.

Hair should be at least about 1/4 inch (approximately 5–6 mm) long so the wax can properly adhere. If you recently shaved, wait until regrowth reaches this length—usually two to four weeks—before booking for best results.

Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth and hormones. Regular appointments and proper aftercare can extend time between services and help maintain brightness while reducing ingrown hairs.

Waxing is generally safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but heightened sensitivity is common. Consult your healthcare provider if pregnant, especially during the first trimester, and inform us so we can adjust technique and perform a patch test as needed.

Aftercare includes avoiding hot baths, saunas, intense exercise and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Gently exfoliate after 48 hours and apply recommended soothing lotions to prevent ingrown hairs and preserve the skin-brightening benefits.
